Volunteering
Do you have a spare couple of hours a week and a passion to help others?
Feel that you would like to give something back to your local community?
North Staffs Carers could not offer the support and services that we do to Carers without the hard work and dedication of the people who volunteer with us, giving up their valuable time and sharing their skills and expertise.
We are always looking to develop our services further which
will increase our volunteering opportunities and our need for people to volunteer.
Can spare a few hours, either over a week, or a month or even just as a one-off.
Volunteering opportunities with North Staffs Carers are varied, with new
opportunities arising all the time.
We have opportunities to suit people of all ages and to suit many different interest and abilities.
Volunteering with North Staffs Carers can make a real difference to a person's life.
No experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Admin Support
Ensuring the Support we offer can run smoothly. Tasks may include report exporting and allocating Carers and Young Carers to their Key Workers.
Group Support
Helping to facilitate many of the Support Groups we hold at the Carers Centre. From our Amazing Memories Group to All Can Sing, to our trips to the seaside.
Befriending
Carers may just want a friendly call every week. Our befriending volunteers manage their own caseload and provide and invaluable service.
